• Original packaging preferred but not required

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@mylucera.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
4. Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Want a different product? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us at support@mylucera.store and we'll set up the exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original item.
